We encourage local women farmers to cultivate their products organically, without the use of hazardous chemical fertilizers and pesticides, so that we can receive fresher and healthier farm produce for our cafe.
Buffalo wings, with unbreaded chicken wing sections that are deep-fried, then coated in a spicy, vinegar-based cayenne pepper hot sauce and melted butter mixture. They are traditionally served hot with celery and carrot sticks, along with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
The place is not only for hygienic, delicious food and coffee but also good for group meetings and observing how waste materials can be converted into high value products.

The food was amazing! The buffalo chicken was nothing like I have ever had it was lightly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Their fish options are also pretty good! The mustang aaloo is a must if you go here. They are newly opened but the food was truly delicious!
